Friday 17th July: Alan Bradshaw, gives a talk on: 'Organisational development in HE and the Work-Related Quality of Life scale - a Framework for Improving Well-being and Preventing Stress in Universities.'

Following well received workshops provided by QoWL at the Association of University Administrator's 2009 Annual conference, Alan Bradshaw was invited to talk in more detail at a the July 2009 Midlands conference. Alan gave an overview of QoWL's recent survey of Universities focusing and how it can be used as a basis for setting up effective and Organissational Development (OD) interventions.
