Age Profile for QoWL Employee Engagement data shows men jump while women bounce

QoWL research evidence has been published on their Employee Engagement data and found that women exhibit a pre-retirement bounce but men start lower but jump higher

A large scale survey investigating the psychometric properties of a new set of questions designed to investigate the 'Employee Engagement' of staff, has found that the well known QoWL 'pre-retirement bounce' is not so straightforward as it seems.

In a conference paper due to be presented at the major Institute of Work Psychology Conference in Sheffield, UK, on 30th June 2010, Dr Darren Van Laar will explain the implications of this finding for improving employee engagement.
