QoWL Front page spread in AUA magazine 'Newslink'
Newslink - the magazine of the Association of University Administrators gave over the whole of its front page on an article by QoWL's Alan Bradshaw talking about Managing stress in the workplace.
Alan reports on the recent research by QoWL on the stressors on HE and the ways in which they can be reduced or negated. Alan describes the predictors of stress at work in HE and which groups appear to be the most vulnerable.
